Job Description

Analyzes historical data, consolidates budgets, performs payroll analysis, reviews computer programs, participates in F&B reporting process, uploads reports and other duties as needed.

What will I be doing?

Working directly with property managers, train, educate, and monitor labor scheduling in all departments to optimize for maximum service at minimum cost. Additionally, analyze data to assess revenue and profit opportunities; and identify key hotel trends that may impact revenue generation and expense optimization.

Analyzes hotel financial information and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities, and provide results to DOF for strategic planning

Develops the appropriate objectives for each department’s labor and directs the methodologies by which those objectives are going to be accomplished.  Objectives synchronized with Budget and Forecast processes.

Perform other relative  duties as requested by the Managing Director or Director of Finance

Minimum 3-5 years in supervisory, management or finance role

College Degree Required

Strong knowledge of TimeSaver system and reporting

Knowledge with Peoplesoft Payroll and HR modules or similar system

Experience or understanding of hotel operations
