Meet Ren
Ren's journey with Hilton began five years ago! He is currently an Associate Field Services Technology Manager based remotely in New Jersey. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, eventually pursuing a bachelor's in software development from Bellevue University through Hilton’s partnership with Guild. This education has opened doors to new opportunities within Hilton and has been a significant milestone in his career.

How have you, or how can you, use what you have learned through your continuing education program in your role at Hilton? What are your career goals after this program's completion?
“Since graduating in March of this year, I have already started to apply the knowledge and skills gained from the Continuing Education program in my current role! For example, I have improved my problem-solving abilities and can approach challenges more analytically. I have also gained new technical skills that enhance my efficiency and productivity. Moving forward, I have the skills to take on more responsibilities and seek leadership roles within Hilton. My ultimate career goal is to grow into a position where I can mentor and support other Team Members, as I have been supported, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.”
