“My career began in the F&B Department in 2013. I was actively involved in community activities during my tenure at Hilton Bandung, where I started honing my skills in graphic design by creating visually appealing content to engage Team Members. Hilton Bandung entrusted me with creating internal video content, which led to my role as a Graphic Designer in 2017. Despite numerous options within the F&B realm, I chose a different career path as a graphic designer, believing that this skill set would support me in creatively designing F&B promotions and future F&B activities.
In 2019, I seized the opportunity to return to the F&B sector as an Assistant Outlet Manager, where I could contribute creative ideas to the department. Currently, I am honored to serve as the Outlet Manager at Hilton Bandung.”How has Hilton supported you throughout your career?
“Hilton has been an unwavering pillar of support, empowering me to navigate my career seamlessly. My leaders entrusted me with opportunities to excel when transitioning from F&B to Graphic Design and back to F&B. What drew you back to F&B?
“The dynamic nature of the F&B industry, where it constantly evolves and plays a role in every aspect, drew me back. F&B presents limitless opportunities for innovation and creativity. I felt compelled to contribute my ideas and creativity to the F&B industry. Thus, I embraced the challenge of returning to it.”
