General Manager

Our General Manager is responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. We are looking for strong commercial business leaders who are collaborative with a natural ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including Guests, Team Members, Owners, Hilton Leadership, and communities.

INTERNAL OPPORTUNITIES

We provide specialised programmes tailored to facilitate the transition of internal members into key leadership positions at Hilton. Shine 1 is meticulously crafted for individuals aspiring to ascend to a Director role, while Shine 2 is tailored for those aiming to secure positions as Hotel Managers or General Managers.

GRADUATE PROGRAMME

We offer graduates the opportunity to enrol in the Elevator Programme, which is designed to equip them with the essential knowledge necessary to start their journey towards becoming a General Manager.

ELEVATOR Programme

A unique experience tailored to internationally mobile graduates. This programme offers individuals the opportunity to accelerate their career path towards the role of General Manager within 5 - 8 years of the programme completion. It consists of two exciting 9-month placements in two different countries across Europe, The Middle East, and Africa, where you learn about Hotel Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and the Commercial Department.
