HOTEL OPERATIONS MDP - UK & IRELAND   Future Leaders in Hospitality Operations

Our comprehensive 18-month programme opens the door to a dynamic journey across hotel operations. We are on a mission to cultivate individuals with extraordinary potential and ambition, aiming to propel them to leadership roles such as Head of Department or Assistant Head of Department within our prestigious UK&I hotels upon programme completion.

 

The programme is thoughtfully divided into two nine-month placements, each in a distinct location within the UK&I. This strategy ensures a diverse exposure to various facets of hotel management, including:

 

  • Food & Beverage: Dive into the realms of restaurant management, bar operations, room service, conference & banquets coordination, and purchasing.
  • Front Office: Perfect your skills in reception services, concierge duties, business center management, and guest relations.
  • Hotel Support Services: Explore the inner workings of housekeeping and commercial services, gaining valuable insights into the backbone of the industry.

Applications will re-open in Autumn 2024.

HOTEL OPERATIONS MDP - TÜRKIYE   Future Leaders in Hospitality Operations This country-based programme has the goal of providing qualified individuals with an opportunity to be running their own Food & Beverage, Front Office or Conference & Events department within 18 months of completion of the programme. 

You will be placed in two different hotels in different parts of the country for 9 months each to get a well-rounded experience and develop your leadership capabilities. 

Applications will re-open in 2025.

This country-based programme has the goal of providing qualified individuals with an opportunity to be running their own Food & Beverage, Front Office or Conference & Events department within 18 months of completion of the programme. 

You will be placed in two different hotels in different parts of the country for 9 months each to get a well-rounded experience and develop your leadership capabilities.
