Meet Antonino and the Cafiero Family

Ever wondered about working alongside your family at a top hospitality company? Antonino Cafiero-Regueira has been a vital part of the Hilton London Kensington team for over two years, juggling roles in the Concierge and Engineering departments. His Hilton journey began in 2022 while he was studying Aerospace Engineering. “I was fortunate to start in a flexible porter position in the Concierge department.” After graduating with top honours, Hilton offered him the opportunity to enhance his engineering skills in the maintenance team. “It’s been an enriching experience, full of growth opportunities.” One of those opportunities includes starring in Hilton’s global employer brand campaign, Every Job Makes the Stay. Antonino was one of several Team Members selected to represent Hilton worldwide.
Antonino isn’t the only Cafiero at Hilton. His sister, Sofia, serves as an executive lounge hostess at Hilton London Wembley, and his father, Raffaele, is the Food and Drink Manager at Hilton London Kensington. “My father was the first to join Hilton, and his positive experience, especially with career advancement and the supportive culture, inspired the rest of us to follow. Although we are all spread out across different Hiltons and departments, we come together to support one another if other teams are busy. Working alongside family members creates a sense of camaraderie and mutual support, enhancing our work environment. It positively influences our performance as we motivate and encourage each other to excel.”
