Is there a benefit, program, or moment at Hilton that has been especially meaningful to you?

Wellthy has been a lifeline. My mom, now in her 90s and still hitting the gym three times a week, needed extra longer-term care after a serious fall—and Wellthy helped us navigate that transition to assisted living. Knowing they’re there gives me peace of mind I can’t put a price on.”

How has Hilton supported your long-term professional and personal growth?

“Hilton has given me the space to fully embrace my strengths, grow my team, and learn from incredible colleagues across the globe. It’s a joyful place to work, and the opportunities to develop—both professionally and personally—are truly endless. I’ve never felt more energized in my career.”

“I spent three summers in France as an intern at the Novotel hotel in the Grand Bastille neighborhood. This job taught me that I knew that I wanted to make people happy and be part of a team that works towards the same goals. At the end of my internships, I started as a Guest Service Agent at Waldorf Astoria New York, and I have been with Hilton for 22 years and look forward to spending the rest of my career here”

Hilton is all about creating the best stay for our guests. Can you share when you went above and beyond to deliver that promise?

“It is about creating a connection with our guests and tailoring a surprise & delight. I work with my team to deliver thoughtful gesture to our guests. A family was visiting the Conrad New York Downtown, and they missed the opportunity of visiting the zoo, so we collaborated and brought the zoo to the family. The suite was decorated with many stuffed animals that you find in the jungle, and covered the ceiling with green balloons, the family was beyond amazed.”

What strengths do you bring to your role, and what do you think defines your generation’s approach to work?

“Entering the workforce in the 2000s was a tough moment in life. Adapting to change, being independent, resourceful, and resilient, shaped my approach to the workforce. I lead by example, focusing on developing the future leaders by sharing the best practices I have learned. My generation’s approach to work is that we can do it all and still have fun. We value independence, autonomy, and adapt easily.”

Please share your Hilton journey and what inspired you to pursue a career in hospitality.

“My journey in hospitality began as a concierge at a large-scale property with over 1,200 rooms. In just a few months, I fell in love with the energy, the people, and the purpose behind the work we do. That passion led me to explore a different side of the industry, Human Resources, where I served as an HR Coordinator, supporting the heart of our teams and learning how to grow from the inside out. After almost a year, I’ve come full circle, returning to operations as a Front Office MDP. Every step of this journey has reinforced why I chose hospitality: to help people, to create meaningful moments, and to ensure every guest feels truly at home. This isn’t just a job for me, it’s a calling.”

Is there a benefit, program, or moment at Hilton that has been especially meaningful to you?

“The Management Development Program is an incredible opportunity for anyone aspiring to be a leader in the hospitality industry. Over the course of a year, the program offers a comprehensive, hands-on experience by rotating through all departments. It gives you a true understanding of daily operations and what it takes to keep a hotel running smoothly. It’s not just about learning systems. It's about building leadership skills, gaining operational insight, and developing a deeper appreciation for every role that contributes to the guest experience.”

What strengths do you bring to your role, and what do you think defines your generation’s approach to work?

“As a Gen Zer, I bring a unique set of strengths to the workplace, among them are adaptability and resilience. For my generation, delivering exceptional customer service isn’t optional; it’s a standard we hold ourselves to. We approach every interaction with a mindset of innovation, determination, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.”
