Get to Know Christina

“My journey to Hilton is pretty aligned with my childhood dreams. I was always that kid who loved both math and people, constantly telling everyone I wanted to work in hospitality. After grinding it out at a ‘Big 4’ firm, I craved better balance. When an Internal Audit role opened at Hilton, my intuition lit up—it felt right. Since then, I have grown from Manager to Senior Manager of Internal Audit, focusing on corporate and advisory work.”

What inspired you to start your wellness coaching/breathwork clinic, and how did that passion develop alongside your career at Hilton?

“Wellness coaching emerged alongside my Hilton journey during a transformative time in my life. I was doing deep inner work around confidence and self-trust, exploring what lights me up. I felt this clear pull toward aspects of wellness. After navigating some big personal decisions that tested my commitment to this calling, I found myself naturally coaching others through their transitions. I love helping people clear through the noise and tune into their inner wisdom."

How does working at Hilton enable you to balance a full-time career with running the clinic?

“The balance between Hilton and my wellness coaching/breathwork business flows pretty naturally, thanks to the incredible support I have here. My team does not just talk about supporting passions—they live it. I am very intentional with my time and energy management across all my roles (senior manager, business owner, cycling instructor), and I make the most of evenings and weekends. The support from Hilton shows up in real ways: flexibility when I need it, colleagues showing up to my workshops, and genuine encouragement.”

How does Hilton empower you to bring your whole self to work?

“What I love about Hilton's culture is how it genuinely supports authenticity at every level. There is this real understanding that when you align your strengths with your work, you naturally find purpose and connection.”

What advice would you give someone looking to positively impact their workplace or community?

“Remember that you came here with unique gifts meant to be expressed. Trust that inner knowing that you are here for a reason. Sometimes, it is about turning down the volume on external noise and tuning into that quiet inner voice that knows your path and how you can best serve.”

Christina’s journey is one of purpose and the power of showing up authentically to work. At Hilton, she has found support every step of the way.
