The fineststeakhouse in Glasgow's West End, Bo'Vine is a cut above the rest when it comesto serving up the very best from Scotland's larder.  Once part of the old milking ground for theGlasgow Market, our Byres Road restaurant has become a favourite for thoseseeking prime Scottish beef, fine wines, good friends, and greattimes.

As ourAssistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for supervising operationsof the Restaurant to deliver an excellent Guest and team experience. It goeswithout saying, that you would also be required to communicate and delegatetasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.  We know that the successful candidate heredoesn't need us to tell them what's involved, you'll have already been in asimilar role and in a similar environment. We're looking for you to invest your experience, and we'll invest inyour future.

We're the Heart of Hilton.  The team at Bo'Vine, along with our RestaurantManager are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with the right experience to perform, who iscommitted to them and to the outlet. Someone who's willing to take the time to encourage and support them& who has a desire to succeed, flourish and establish themselves in theWest End of Glasgow market within a Worldwide company.

We'll wantto hear about yourprevious experience in restaurants, how you'll engage our team and Guests, howyou motivate and manage & what impact you'll have in the restaurant.

We are Hilton, We are Hospitality!

Contract - Permanent (39hrs per week)

Salary - £20k per annum + Hilton perks & benefits package

In linewith the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, we require all applicants to havethe eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.  Documentation will berequired at interview stage
