Job Summary

•To ensure that all requirements of the role are completed to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and Hilton brand standard compliance.

. To proactively source new clients, and conduct Show-rounds, FAM visits ensuring a high level of Corporate clients at all times. All processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to all required Hilton Brand Standards.

•To ensure that our clients receive a warm, hospitable and welcoming service leading them to become our loyal customers.

Candidate Profile

•A charismatic and talented individual with a big heart and genuine smile who passionately want to make a difference in the hotel.

•A team player with the drive and passion to succeed, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proven success in a similar role and high quality environment. Applicants should already be at Sales Manager level for 1 years plus.

Job Requirements:

The role of the Corporate Sales Manager is to work within the pro-active Sales team to ensure a high level of Corporate clients are sourced, contracted and receive pro-active account management at all times. All clients should receive an inspiring and proactive service leading them to become repeat and loyal clients.
