Job Summary

A Spa Therapist is responsible for the general cleaning of all areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.



What will I be doing?

As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for the general cleaning of all areas to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • General cleaning of all areas
  • Deep cleaning around the club
  • Report lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents
  • Ensure guests are welcomed and assistance provided when needed
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

What are we looking for?

  • Maintain appropriate certification and licensure (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or possess background in medical field course, degree or diploma)
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in various body work techniques and modalities
  • Have the ability to provide legible communication –reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English & Local language 
  • Have knowledge of human anatomy and human physiology
  • Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Have the knowledge of holistic concepts that relate to the well being of all guests in a spa environment.
  • Have mathematical skills,technical aptitude and spa operation knowledge
  • Be able to relate to all level of management, colleagues and spa guests.
