"As a Pre-Arrival Coordinator, I get to look ahead at every guest’s experience whether they are visiting for leisure, a convention, or an event. I am trying to make sure that everything is flawless and perfect for them when they arrive. After a day of traveling guests are tired and ready to get into their room. I love to do anything I can to make each guest experience a little more special.”

Alvaro, Host – Hilton Orlando

"I am the first person the guest sees in the morning. I can help make or break their day. I start the guests’ day by making them their first cup of coffee, and sometimes, I even like to throw in an extra shot of Espresso, just to make them smile! If I see a guest with a bunch of kids I say “mama, do you want a shot of Espresso, it’s on me!” And they respond with “Wow, thank you, I really needed that.” So that is how I make The Stay memorable, loveable, and enjoyable.”
