PACE Engineering Graduate Programme
The Hilton PACE Graduate Programme is an accelerated pathway for ambitious graduates ready to step into engineering leadership. Designed as a Pathway Accelerator to Chief Engineer, the programme fast-tracks your development through structured learning and hands-on experience across hotel engineering operations.
Throughout the journey, you will build technical expertise and operational confidence through comprehensive training, regular career reviews, and real-world exposure to how Hilton hotels are maintained, optimised and run at the highest standard.
You will not do it alone. With tailored support and ongoing guidance from experienced leaders, you will be challenged to grow your skills, strengthen your decision-making and build the foundation for long-term success. By the end of the programme, you will have the capability, insight and experience needed to take your first major step towards engineering leadership within Hilton.
