“I joined Hilton ten years ago to lead the revamp of the previous Team Member travel program into its current form as “Go Hilton.” We launched this new and improved version in 2016 and are proud to say it is the best-in-class employee travel discount program. In my current role, I oversee Go Hilton's strategic and day-to-day operations, including pricing and inventory management, enhancements, compliance with program standards, communications, performance reporting and analysis, and Team Member and hotel support.”

“The Go Hilton team and I work directly with every other aspect of our global company, including the Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Brands, Customer Care, Loyalty & Marketing, and Technology teams, so we are constantly learning something new about the business. It has been an amazing educational and growth experience.”
How do you benefit from using the Go Hilton travel program? What aspects do you enjoy the most?
“My family and I use Go Hilton all the time since we love to travel. Whether for summer vacations, doing college tours with our older kids, or making quick out-of-state drives to see family and friends. There are many trips we would not have taken if it had not been for the fantastic discounts through the program. Those low, flat Team Member rates certainly come in handy, and it is also nice to be a “hero” for your family and friends when you can offer them rates at up to 50% off!”
Can you share some destinations you and your family visited through Go Hilton?
