Congratulations to the 55 winners!

Bipul Boro, Front Office, DoubleTree by Hilton Arpora
It is Bipul’s quick-thinking that makes him a Hospitality Hero. After noticing a child had fallen into the resort’s pool, he came immediately to the rescue, diving in after him to help. After performing CPR, he was able to bring the child back to consciousness. Bipul’s quick action and bravery saved the child's life and earned him widespread recognition and appreciation.Fabiola Zara, Chef de Rang, Sulia House Porto Rotondo
Fabiola’s dedication, compassion, and quick thinking were exemplified during a young guest's birthday celebration. The child's parents had arranged a surprise birthday cake for their daughter, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the order. Fabiola took it upon herself to resolve the situation without letting the family know. She coordinated with the kitchen staff, managed to prepare a beautiful, personalized cake within a remarkably short time, and arranged for a special behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen (where the child could witness the culinary magic firsthand). The guest was thrilled, and her parents were deeply touched by Fabiola's thoughtful gesture. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service and creating special moments makes her an invaluable member of Team Hilton.Nicole Ford, Guest Engagement Specialist, HRCC
In a time of crisis, Nicole shared her Hilton Hospitality with those in need. After a tornado touched down and devasted part of her town, she was quick to volunteer her time at a shelter for those impacted by the storm. She leveraged her experience on the night shift to take care of those at the shelter overnight, even stepping up to serve meals and provide comfort. Her actions make her a Hospitality Hero.Daniel Garcia Butler, Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal
Daniel excels in his commitment to create unforgettable guest experiences. From organizing an encounter with a “real” mermaid for a young guest (who is a huge mermaid fan), to adding customized décor and personalized touches to celebrate a birthday, his legendary attention to detail ensures those visiting the hotel have an incredibly special stay. Daniel’s dedication has resulted in several letters of appreciation from guests and countless moments of recognition from fellow Team Members.View the full list of our 2023 Hospitality Heroes!
