The Memphis-based HAFS Global 12-month internship is dedicated to empowering and cultivating future leaders by providing hands-on experience, mentorship and opportunities for growth within a diverse and inclusive environment. Interns make meaningful contributions to their teams, Hilton, and the community. The HAFS internship program is a great launching pad for high-performing students to hopefully begin their career with Hilton.
The internship starts June 2027, 40-hours a week and hands-on experience extends throughout the year with up to 30 hours a week. All interns are expected to be local to the Memphis HQ to join the team throughout the 12-month experience.
