LAUNCH, Hilton's early career development accelerator is a select, 24-month rotational program designed to develop the future of Hilton's corporate leaders. Through the 24-month journey, participants will receive a well-rounded experience, gaining exposure to hotel operations, various corporate functions, and projects, empowering them to grow personally and professionally at Hilton.
For the first three months of the program, participants will work at one of our global properties while gaining diverse exposure to key departments, including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Commercial Services. After the immersive hotel rotation, participants will complete two ten-month corporate rotations based on their focus area in our Global Corporate Headquarters located in McLean, Virginia.
Applications for our next LAUNCH cohort will open in Fall 2024 for a program start date of Summer 2025.
This focus area will expose participants to departments such as marketing & loyalty, operations, brands, finance, human resources, and more. They’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our organization's inner workings while allowing them to cultivate a versatile skill set in strategic thinking, strategy development, and project implementation.
Participants in this focus area will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and derive actionable insights from complex datasets, honing their data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling skills. They will contribute to data-driven decision-making and forge a well-rounded skill set that sets the stage for a successful career in the dynamic field of data analytics.
Participants in this focus area will be embedded in specialized technology functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage products and applications through various stages of the technology lifecycle. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of technology platforms, architectures, and the business domains and processes that shape them.
