UK & IRELAND

The programme is thoughtfully divided into two twelve-month placements, each in a distinct location within the UK&I. his strategy ensures a diverse exposure to various facets of hotel management, including:

  • Food & Drinks: Dive into the realms of restaurant management, bar operations, room service, conference & banquets coordination, and purchasing.
  • Front Office: Perfect your skills in reception services, concierge duties, business center management, and guest relations.
  • Hotel Support Services: Gain experience into the inner workings of housekeeping and commercial services, gaining valuable insights into the backbone of the industry.

TURKEY This country-based programme has the goal of providing graduates with an opportunity to be running their own Food & Drinks, Front Office or Conference & Events department within 18 months of completion of the programme. 
You will be placed in two different hotels in different parts of the country for 9 months each to get a well-rounded experience and develop your leadership capabilities.
