Corporate Internships
We are thrilled to share that we are looking for enthusiastic undergraduate students and talented graduates to join Hilton on a fantastic 12-month placement programme. This opportunity allows students and graduates to gain valuable exposure within the key corporate functions of a large global organization. Our placements are available in three locations: Watford and Glasgow in the UK, and Dubai in the UAE, providing a diverse and enriching experience. From day one, our placement students and graduate interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and involved in different aspects of the business.

United Kingdom
We are offering over 50 placements available across a variety of functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Brands, Supply Management, Sustainability, Sales, and more – to suit different career aspirations. Based in our EMEA Headquarters in Watford, you will benefit from a subsidized restaurant, a games area, and a free in-house gym featuring state-of-the-art equipment, including Peloton. Watford is conveniently located just under 20 minutes by train from central London. Based in our Glasgow Corporate Office, you'll enjoy a social area with table tennis and a pool table, free Nespresso coffee, a variety of teas, and seasonal fruit, plus breakout spaces in a central city location.
Dubai, UAE
We are also thrilled to share we are looking for talented graduates to join us in our Dubai Area Office, located in Internet City, close to Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah, for our 12-month graduate internship programme. We have internships available across a variety of functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Food & Beverage Marketing and Strategy, Engineering and Architecture, and Design & Construction. From day one, our graduate interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business.
