Caribbean & Latin America Elevator Program

Step into hotel leadership in the Caribbean & Latin America (CALA) with the Elevator Program. Designed for internationally mobile Hilton interns and emerging leaders, this 16-month fast-track experience includes a 12-month placement followed by a 4-month specialization in a different CALA location, giving you hands-on exposure across hotel operations and a clear path toward executive roles.

You’ll gain experience across major departments, take on real responsibility from day one, and complete two high-impact business projects to accelerate your growth. Guided by a structured career path, the program helps you build your leadership potential — and upon completion, you’ll join our Elevator Alumni community, connecting with leaders across the wider business.

Participate in the Elevator Development Center to receive real-time coaching and personalized feedback aligned with your competencies and leadership capabilities. At the conclusion of the Elevator Development Center, you will receive a personalized career plan.

Who is the program for?

The Elevator program is designed for high-potential Hilton interns and junior leaders who are nominated by their General Manager and demonstrate empathy, strong drive, flexibility, and a deep passion for hospitality. Ideal candidates embody the Hilton Values, are fluent in English (with Spanish or Portuguese as a required second language), and are eligible to work within the CALA region.

Full mobility across CALA is essential, as participants will complete placements in at least two locations and are expected to remain in the region to continue their Hilton career upon program completion. Candidates must be available to begin the program in Fall 2026.

What will I gain?

You will be equipped with the foundation and knowledge to ignite your path toward becoming an executive hotel leader. Immerse yourself in a comprehensive learning journey that encompasses all vital aspects of the hotel's core functions.

When and how do I apply?

The selection process includes a hotel nomination, a candidate letter of motivation, online assessments, and a competency-based panel interview.

When will the program start?

The next Elevator cohort will begin their program in the Fall of 2026 with a full week of orientation and onboarding.

Participants will complete their first year of training in the first location, followed by 4 months of specialization in a second location.

The cohort will graduate from the program in Q1 of 2028.
