Embark on a fast track to Hotel Leadership Roles in the Caribbean & Latin America (CALA) region with the Elevator Program! This unique experience for internationally mobile interns and junior leaders is designed to catapult you into executive leadership roles within five years of program completion. The program includes one 12-month placement followed by one 4-month specialization in another location across the CALA region. This incredible 16-month journey will allow you to immerse yourself in the world of hotel operations, gaining comprehensive experience in all the major departments.
The Elevator fast track program is guided by a structured career path that enables you to unlock the full scope of your abilities and maximize your full potential. You will complete two major business projects to support your growth to become an executive hotel leader.
