Go Hilton

Take advantage of our best-in-class Team Member Travel Program – with opportunities to experience Hilton hospitality around the world. You will be able to enjoy 110 discounted nights per year, with Team Member room rates at Hilton properties as low as $40 USD, Family & Friends rates at 50% off publicly available rates, and a 50% discount at participating hotel restaurants when staying with Go Hilton rates! Our Go Hilton Concierge service is here to assist with hotel searches, room reservations, cancellations, and other inquiries.

Thrive Sabbatical

This program was developed to give our Team Members the opportunity to apply to live a dream, give a dream, or take time to recharge. With the Thrive Sabbatical, 10 Team Members have the opportunity to live a personal dream by pursuing a passion, give a dream by taking care of others, or develop skills to deliver an even better stay. Those selected receive one month of paid time off and $5,000. The Thrive Reset is an opportunity for Team Members to recharge. Those selected receive one week of paid time off and $2,000. In years past, we've seen some of the incredible ways Team Members have chosen to thrive, including taking and hosting sign language courses to better communicate with Team Members and guests, returning home to spend time with family, and training to become a volunteer pilot with "Angel Flight Soars," an organization that provides free aviation transportation.

Parental Leave

A family-friendly company, we know parental leave is one of the most important benefits for any working parent. Team Members who are new parents—including non-birthing and adoptive parents—receive four weeks of fully paid parental leave. New birthing parents receive an additional eight weeks of maternity leave, for a total of 12 weeks of fully paid leave.

Wellthy

Team Members and their loved ones have access to Wellthy, a personalized caregiving concierge service, at no cost. This service provides assistance to Team Members with the often-complicated logistical and administrative tasks related to care, such as finding the right in-home aide, contesting medical bills, evaluating care providers, arranging care for veterans, and providing parenting support (from newborns to teens), among other services.

Crisis Concierge

The Crisis Concierge is a single point of contact to support situations when a Team Member loses a loved one or passes away. When these instances occur, the Team Member, family member, manager, or HR Partner can engage our Crisis Concierge team to help navigate supportive resources (e.g., counseling, Wellthy concierge, Team Member Assistance Fund) and benefit payouts (e.g., 401K payout, Life Insurance).

Care for All

Our global program focuses on caregiving, providing resources for Team Members' self-care and enabling them to care for others, including sick, disabled, or elderly family members, children, and pets.

Adoption Assistance

Our Adoption Assistance Program reimburses qualified adoption expenses- up to $10,000 per eligible child, with no limit to the number of adoptions.

Bereavement Leave

Expanded leave to support you when you need it for the loss of a loved one, including coverage for pregnancy loss.

Thrive Parental Journey

We offer digital programs – in partnership with Thrive Global and Stanford University – that focus on supporting early parenthood and compassion upon return to work.

401K Plan and Company Match

Participating in the 401(k) Plan and taking advantage of the company match are great ways to save for the future. We match 100% of every dollar contribution up to 3% of pay, plus 50% of every dollar contribution on the next 2% of pay.

Paid Life and Disability Insurance

To help protect against the unexpected, Hilton offers group life and disability insurance, with base coverage 100% paid by Hilton. Additional coverage for you and your family is available at group-discounted rates.

Choose from multiple health plans offered by Anthem, Cigna, and Kaiser. PPO, HMO, and High-Deductible plans are all available, providing options to help meet your family's needs. Some plans include access to elective surgeries at no or low cost, virtual physical therapy or pelvic health care, and personalized health and nutrition coaching.

Paid Time Off

Our Paid Time Off (PTO) program offers paid time off from work for our Team Members to recharge, disconnect, and care for their own and their family’s health and well-being. Full-time non-union Team Members at our managed hotels are eligible to receive PTO, generally within the following ranges, which may vary based on location*:

Cancer Care Support

Our cancer care program offers comprehensive support and resources to Team Members and their covered dependents enrolled in our Cigna and Anthem medical plans who are facing a cancer diagnosis – at no additional cost to you. This program connects you with specialized Care Guides, supported by experienced oncology nurses, for assistance with appointment details, treatment information, and emotional support – wherever you are in your cancer journey. A team of experts will review your diagnosis and treatment plan, and when necessary, help you access advanced specialists, second opinions, and clinical trials. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the best possible care and support during this challenging time – no one should face cancer alone.

Discounted Gym

Stay healthy and active with discounted gym memberships starting as low as $28 per month to over 12,000 gyms nationwide, including popular chains like LA Fitness, 24 Hr Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and more. Discounted memberships are available at more than 9,000 participating premium fitness studios, including F45, Orange Theory, and others.
