Seeking: money magicians
The Memphis-based Hilton Accounting & Financial Services (HAFS) Global 12-month internship is dedicated to empowering and cultivating future leaders by providing hands-on experience, mentorship and opportunities for growth within a diverse and inclusive environment. Interns make meaningful contributions to their teams, Hilton, and the community. The HAFS internship program is a great launching pad for high-performing juniors and seniors to hopefully begin their career with Hilton.
The internship begins in June at 40 hours a week, and hands-on experience extends throughout the year, with up to 30 hours a week. All interns are expected to be local to the Memphis HQ to join the team throughout the 12-month experience.

Areas of focus
RTR corporate & hotel accounting
Preferred majors include Accounting and Finance, with required skills in basic Excel functions and formatting, as well as coursework in intermediate accounting.
PTP - process to pay
Preferred majors include Project Management, with skills in problem solving, data analysis, Microsoft Office products, knowledge management, and intermediate Excel functions such as lookups and pivot tables.
OTC hotel & credit card - order to cash
Preferred majors include Business, Business Management, Finance, Forensic Accounting, Hospitality, and Sales & Marketing, with desired skills in communication, analytical thinking, negotiation, accounts receivable/collections interest, a positive attitude, and beginner-to-intermediate Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables.
OTC corporate - order to cash
Preferred majors include Accounting and Finance, with desired skills in communication, critical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and intermediate Excel functions including lookups and pivot tables.
Revenue accounting
Preferred majors include Accounting, Business Administration, and Finance, with desired skills in communication, problem solving, and knowledge of Outlook and Excel, including basic formulas and formatting.
Compliance & process integration
Preferred majors include Accounting and Internal Audit, with skills in curiosity-driven problem solving, strong attention to detail, beginner-level Excel proficiency, and an adaptable, eager-to-learn mindset.
Global transitions & PMO
Preferred majors include any business-related college major, with skills in basic Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, along with beginner-or-above experience in SharePoint, Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Exposure to AI enablement and machine learning is preferred, and Smartsheet project management tracking is optional, along with coursework in project management, MIS, or data analytics.
